Three year prison term for ninth OWI

A rural Antigo man was sentenced to three years in state prison for a ninth offense of operating while intoxicated.

Theodore J. Tatro of Old 26 Road, 61, received the sentence in Langlade County court Monday. Along with the prison term, he will be on extended supervision for three years. His drivers license is revoked for 24 months and he will need to install an ignition interlock device for one year. He was fined $2,496.
