A Summit Lake man has entered pleas of not guilty on charges linked to the discovery of a live marijuana grow on county forest land in the town of Upham.
Dwayne Gresser, 38, stands charged in Langlade County Circuit Court with three criminal counts — the manufacture or delivery of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an illegally obtained prescription drug.
