Staff in crosshairs as school cuts studied

The Antigo school board began cutting the 2013-14 budget Tuesday, and there are signs that the process could become brutal for staff members. At its regular monthly meeting, the board voted unanimously to eliminate four elementary teaching positions, largely due to declining enrollments, and two support staff positions, including one at central office that has been vacant since a December retirement.
