Some criminal cases in court, including bath salts, pot, battery & more

A few cases were resolved and closed, with others receiving bond reductions and entering pleas in Langlade County court today (12.12.2013) Aaron C. Miller of Green Bay, 25, received a lowered bond amount for charges of violating a domestic abuse injunction, stalking, disorderly conduct, multiple felony bail jumping charges and misdemeanor bail jumping. The bond had been set at $5000 cash, was reduced to $3000 cash and is now set at $1500 cash. Larry M. Urick of Wausau, 25, entered pleas of not guilty for multiple cases, including charges of violating a harassment restraining order, burglary, resisting or obstructing an officer, felony bail jumping and operating while revoked. His next court date is scheduled for February 18. Lisa L. Rockstroh of Third Avenue, 44, had her bond reduced from $5000 cash down to $200 cash with the condition that she not use bath salts or associate with bath salts users. Not guilty pleas were entered for multiple cases, with charges of manufacture or delivery of schedule I or II narcotics, multiple felony bail jumping charges, possession with intent to deliver counterfeit narcotics, misdemeanor bail jumping, manufacture or deliver of heroin, maintaining a drug trafficking place, theft, criminal damage to property, multiple counts of misappropriate ID info to obtain money, 9 counts of forgery/uttering, operating while intoxicated (5th or 6th offense) & operating without a valid license causing property damage. Marvin E. Adkins of Birnamwood, 53, waived his preliminary hearing for charges of possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on February 18. Patrick E. Malone of Bowler, 38, received one year probation with counseling for a domestic abuse battery charge. Jennifer Sikora of Bear Lake Road, 36, received a sentence of 60 days in jail for a second or greater offense of possession of narcotic drugs plus 30 hours of community service and 18 months probation. She also received 60 days in jail for possession of a controlled substance (2nd or greater offense), which runs concurrent with count 1. For a felony bail jumping charge, she received 18 months deferred prosecution. For attempting to distribute a hazardous substance with abuse known (bath salts) she was sentenced to 30 days in jail to run consecutive with other case, plus 2 years of probation that runs concurrent. On a separate felony bail jumping charge, she was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and 2 years of probation, which also run concurrent. For all combined, she will sit a total of 90 days in jail with 2 years of probation and 30 hours of community service. Sarah J. Maddix of White Lake, 30, received a deferred prosecution for one year for charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotic drugs. Other charges were dismissed in a plea agreement. In a separate case, she was sentenced to 5 days in jail for operating while revoked and one year deferred prosecution for felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping.

According to the court records, yes, that case is included with the others in the plea deal.

she will never make it on probation.....she proved that with all her bail jumping....she is a loser to the max.....maybe they wont be so easy on her in Marathon County court next week...we can only hope that someone will put her away for a long time....

How does Lisa r keep getting away with sh-t? I sat with her awaiting my prison sentence transfer she had more crap against her than I did and got jail time w huber?! Way to teach her a lesson udtke
