Snowmobiler hurt when sled strikes tree

An East Troy man suffered a leg injury in a snowmobile accident Saturday in the town of Ainsworth. According to the Langlade County Sheriff’s Department, Jeffrey D. Roche was riding on a trail in the vicinity of West Point Road near Pickerel Lake when his sled struck a tree. Authorities said he was wearing a helmet. Full story: Antigo Daily Journal
