Ron Theisen, Antigo, is winner of $1 million

Ronald Theisen of Antigo today became Wisconsin's seventh million dollar Powerball winner of 2013. Theisen wasted no time in validating his $1 million winning Powerball ticket from the Saturday drawing. He took the ticket to the Lottery's Madison headquarters first thing Monday morning and it was validated today. Full Story: Antigo Daily Journal
