At a meeting this morning, Rhonda Klement, right, coordinator of the Langlade County Fair, visited Phyllis Keelrowicz, who heads A&P Amusements that operates the midway, this morning. Keelrowicz and her family have run the traveling carnival that will roar to life later this afternoon and run through Sunday with a growing assortment of rides and amusements.
