According to the Antigo paper, probation was ordered for a woman for theft charges and a man for disorderly conduct.
Nickole Rohe of Elcho, received 9 months probation for a theft charge where she stole merchandise from Walmart in Antigo. She was also ordered to pay $40.83 in restitution. Other charges against her were dismissed.
Logan D. Spencer, 23, received 1 year of probation for a disorderly conduct charge from last November. He received a one year deferred judgment for an additional charge of bail jumping.
Donald Seis, 29, of Deerbrook pleaded not guilty to a disorderly conduct charge, with a felony count of strangulation and suffocation being dismissed. The charges were from a fight in January with a woman who had jumped out of a moving car and received some injuries. His bond amount had been lowered from $10,000 cash to $500 cash. He is set to return to court on May 13.
