Primetime: Inventor makes tip-up designed for year-round use

A northwoods sportsman and an Antigo manufacturer are teaming up to offer a year-round version of an ice fisherman’s favorite device—the tip-up. Karol Baugh has invented the Stella Blue rod holder and balance stick, a unique device that allows a fisherman to use a favorite summertime rod and reel to land a lunker during the frigid ice fishing season. And the Three Lakes man has turned to a local manufacturer—Zelazoski Wood Products—to manufacture the angling tool. “This was primarily designed for ice fishing, but can be used for bank or pier fishing as well,” Full Story: Antigo Daily Journal
