Capt. Nate Musolff urged parents to keep an eye on their youngsters today after the Antigo Police Department nabbed an adult and a boy, 13, for vandalism at the shelter building at Peaceful Valley Park.
The boy defecated in a trash barrel in the building and then dumped it on the floor. Police identified them and are pursuing legal action.
