Police makes several weekend arrest

Two area boys are in legal trouble today for an alleged act of retaliation.

Antigo police said the pair, both age 16, are being referred to juvenile corrections on counts which include disorderly conduct and causing criminal damage to property for incidents at a local home.

Officials said one of the teens used a knife to scratch the letters “chomo” onto a car. Authorities said the word is slang for “child molester.” The same knife was also in an attempt to slash the vehicle’s tires. A hole was also punched into the porch lattice.
