Police contract, road work handled by council

The Antigo Common Council rolled through its October agenda in just 17 minutes Wednesday, approving a series of initiatives that included a new police contract and planning for future road construction. On a 7-1 vote, aldermen inked a new three -year contract with the Antigo Professional Police Officers Association, which represented municipal law enforcement officers.
