Phil Beck returns to post on council

Former alderman Phil Beck will return to the Antigo Common Council on Tuesday as Fifth Ward alderman. Beck, along with new Ninth Ward council member Daniel Bauknecht, will be seated at the board’s reorganizational meeting beginning at 6 p.m. in the chambers at City Hall.
