The Pelican Lake Fire District unveiled its new headquarters on Saturday, hosting an afternoon celebration and pig roast for members of the community.
The hall, located just off Highway 45 in the village of Pelican Lake, replaced an inadequate and antiquated facility a block to the north.
Constructed for just under $700,000, the project took the better part of four years to plan and complete.
