Children often present parents with behaviors that can be challenging.
Nurturing Skills for Families provides parents the opportunity to learn new approaches and skills that will empower parents to provide a safe and loving environment in which children can grow to be respectful and responsible adults.
Learn about the philosophy of nurturing ourselves and our children, understanding feelings, dealing with stress, positive communication, discipline without spanking, using praise effectively, identifying family rules, and understanding developmental stages. We will cover different topics each week. To get the most out of this
class, attend as many sessions as possible.
