There will be more multi-family housing coming to Antigo in the near future, after a project was approved unanimously by the Antigo City Council at their Wednesday meeting.
S.C. Swiderski LLC based out of Mosinee, WI requested 300 Prosser Place in Antigo, be rezoned to General Residential District from General Commercial District. John Donovan with Swiderski, spoke to the council about the proposed project.
There will be 7 unattached buildings constructed with 3 or 4 apartments in each, but the buildings will be constructed separately.
