Mission group has a key spiritual role

Hospitals typically cater to the physical needs of their patients—tending everything from aches and pains to serious illnesses and injuries.

But staffers at Langlade Hospital are going a step further—focusing on the spiritual and emotional well-being of the community as well.

The facility, operated jointly by Aspirus and the Religious Hospitallers of St. Joseph, has established a Mission & Values Task Force to promote the history, ethical and religious values, and morals and mission of the Catholic institution.
