The Milwaukee health department is offering free measles shots tomorrow, as a wave of new cases scatters across the country. The State Hygiene Lab is testing two patients who have been isolated in Portage County. In confirmed, they would be Wisconsin's first measles' cases. Ten people were infected in an outbreak in suburban Chicago at a day care center. They were among 121 cases reported throughout the country at last word.
