Man cited for conduct violation in 'exposure' case

Antigo police said a male accused of exposing himself to a female motorist outside a north side business Monday provided an explanation. The man told officers he was using his vehicle’s side mirror to check a rash on his groin and leg area when he was spotted by the woman as she parked in the lot.
