Man charged in bank tussle, bath salts cited

An Antigo man was ordered held here Tuesday on a $5,000 cash bond with a stipulation if freed that he not use a drug known as bath salts.

Wayne Tullberg, 45, of 629 1/2 Fifth Ave. was arrested Monday morning when an apparent bout of paranoia, believed brought on by the substance, caused him to seek refuge inside the Chase banking institution on the fear that someone outside the location was planning to kill him.
