Langlade County recent criminal court activity

Some cases were resolved, warrant issued and new charges filed.

On Tuesday May 6:

Zachary E. Goldny of Kaukauna, 29, was fined $100 plus costs for disorderly conduct.

A new case was filed against Tina M. Lindemann of Seventh Avenue, 47, for felony bail jumping. She is scheduled to return to court on June 23.

On Wednesday May 7:

Jacob L. Ball of Deleglise Street, 26, was ordered held on $5,000 cash bond during a preliminary hearing for a charge of battery by prisoners. He is scheduled to return to court on June 11.

James M. Pelky of Fifth Avenue, 26, failed to appear in court for charges of felony bail jumping and retail theft. A warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Robyn K. Gravitter of Crandon, 27, was sentenced to 7 months probation for retail theft. Counseling, costs and restitution was also ordered.

Jamie L. Marten of Bear Lake Road, 31, was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct. Charges of battery and criminal damage to property were dismissed. She was also ordered to pay costs for a charge of criminal trespass to a dwelling.

James M. Kubek of Three Lakes, 47, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and one year probation for violating a domestic abuse injunction.

Jacob W. Ison of Crandon, 26, was fined $1,000 plus costs for misdemeanor bail jumping. Two counts of theft by false representation and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed.

John R. Holsonback of Crandon, 44, was fined $50 plus costs for operating while revoked.

Conway M. Dellenbusch of Milwaukee, 46, was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct. He must also go to counseling and pay court costs.

Allen J. Fleischman of Second Avenue, 22, was fined $100 plus costs for possession of marijuana. If he stays out of trouble, the charge will be expunged after one year.

New charges filed today:

James M. Pelky of Fifth Avenue, 26, was charged with theft by false representation and felony bail jumping. As indicated in a separate case called in court today, a warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Georgianne Lynn Shockto of Crandon, 45, was charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and misdemeanor bail jumping. The incident happened on April 23. A bond of $1,300 was paid. An initial appearance is scheduled on May 12.
