Jail time was ordered for a few cases today in Langlade County court.
Rosemary Xiong of Wausau, 32, was sentenced to six months jail for a deferred prosecution for possession of narcotic drugs. She will also serve 30 days in jail for possession of controlled substance consecutively. She has 62 days credit on the six month sentence and 23 days credit on the 30 day sentence.
Christy M. Hicks of Martin Avenue, 36, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for possession of drug paraphernalia as a repeater.
Brandon K. Shields of Second Avenue, 32, was ordered to serve one year of probation for possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense. He was also sentenced to 9 months probation for disorderly conduct domestic abuse. The terms run concurrent with each other. He must also undergo alcohol and drug assessment and follow through and anger management or domestic counseling.
