Langlade County criminal court activity 12.15.2014.

Danielle M. Philipps of Clermont Street, 21, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of theft in a business setting. She is scheduled to return to court on February 2.

Dean L. Smith of Crandon, 40, received a reduction in bond, from $500 cash to $1,000 signature for charges of operating while intoxicated third offense and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration third offense. His next court date is January 26.

Marissa M. Tietsort of South Superior Street, 24, received a $1,000 signature bond along with $250 cash with conditions of no use of alcohol and no possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. She is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. Her next court appearance is set for December 29.

Mickayla M. Palmer of Clover Road, 17, received one year deferred prosecution for disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping. In a separate case of misdemeanor bail jumping, the Judge ordered time served as being sufficient, which was 23 days. A charge of criminal damage to property was dismissed.



New charges filed today:

Kenneth J. Ensign of Elcho, 36, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse repeater. He received a $500 signature bond with conditions of no use of alcohol and no contact with victims. His next court date is set for January 12.

Aaron J. Larock of Lily, 36, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. He received a $500 signature bond with conditions of no use of alcohol and no contact with victims. He is scheduled to return to court on January 12.

James L. Prince of Superior Street, 45, is charged with theft as a repeater. The incident occurred on November 25. An initial appearance is scheduled for January 12.
