Joshua D. Micke of White Lake, 32, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of theft, resisting or obstructing an officer and misdemeanor bail jumping. His next court date is April 8.
Rodney A. Ingalls of Bear Lake Road, 52, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of operating while revoked. A condition of bond is no use of alcohol. He is scheduled to return to court on March 24.
New charges filed today:
Joshua D. Day of Pierce Avenue, 25, is charged with retail theft as a repeater. The incident occurred on November 27. An initial appearance is scheduled for January 5.
Kole T. Packard of Mapleview Road, 20, is charged with operating while intoxicated second offense, operating with prohibited alcohol concentration second offense, operating while revoked and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. The offenses happened on November 8. A bond of $1,750 was paid. An initial appearance is set for January 6.
Kole T. Packard of Mapleview Road, 20, is charged in a separate case with misdemeanor bail jumping, which happened on November 28. A $1,000 bond was paid. An initial appearance is scheduled for December 8.
Stacey A. Hansen of Elm Street, 45, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, which occurred on November 21. An initial appearance is set for January 5.
Dean P. Arrowood of Second Avenue, 35, is charged with operating while intoxicated third offense. The incident happened on November 27. A bond of $850 was paid. His next court date is January 20.
