Langlade County criminal court activity 12.03.2014.
Taylor E. Lowell of North Superior Street, 23, received a 90 day jail sentence, along with three years probation for possession with intent to deliver narcotics and felony bail jumping. Charges of possessing a switchblade knife, distributing hazardous substance with abuse known (bath salts), possession with intent to deliver narcotics and possessing drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
Edward L. Fleming, 60, former Antigo pastor, was present for court on Tuesday and received a $5,000 signature bond. He is charged with first degree child sex assault having sexual contact with person under the age of 13. A request for a different attorney was made by the defendant. A future court date hasn't yet been set.
New charges filed today:
Tyler R. Jaster of Fifth Avenue, 22, is charged with retail theft as a repeater. The incident happened on December 2. He is scheduled to return to court on December 15.
