Langlade County criminal court activity 11.25.2014.

James A. Jones of Second Avenue, 35, was sentenced to one year probation for theft. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed. He must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Tyler J. Joseph of First Avenue, 19, received a sentence of one year probation for disorderly conduct domestic abuse and resisting or obstructing an officer. He must attend alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Nicolas L. Basuki of Marinette, 23, received jail sentences during a revocation hearing. He must serve 11 months for possession of marijuana second or greater offense with credit for 65 days. Six months was ordered for possession of an illegally obtained prescription with credit for 65 days served. Nine months for misdemeanor and felony bail jumping, with credit for 66 days served.

Victor M. Deisinger of Freiburger Avenue, 24, was sentenced to nine months probation for disorderly conduct domestic abuse. He must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay court costs.

Nathan M. Caffero of Elm Street, 24, failed to appear in court on charges of forgery. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Michael R. Wedemayer of Morse Street, 46, was sentenced to two years probation for an amended charge of fourth degree sexual assault and one year probation for disorderly conduct. The terms run concurrent. In a separate case, he was sentenced to one year in jail for operating while intoxicated fifth offense with a fine of $3,214 and three years drivers license revocation. He must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year and undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. A two year probation term was ordered for possession of marijuana second or greater offense.

Miguel A. Castillo of Pine Street, 38, was fined $100 plus court costs for operating while revoked.



New charges filed today:

Harold N. Matthews of Tenth Avenue, 33, is charged with two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, which occurred on November 16.

Amy M. Voigt of Fifth Avenue, 43, is charged with possessing an illegally obtained prescription. The incident happened on November 11. An initial appearance is scheduled for December 8.

Michael D. Young of Gowan Road, 28, isi charged with operating while revoked, which occurred on November 5.
