Langlade County criminal court activity 10.01.2014.

Donald J. Bricko of Sixth Avenue, 67, was fined $50 plus costs for possession of marijuana second or greater offense. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Pagelyn Cornell of Crandon, 18, was sentenced to one year probation for possession of marijuana. She must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. A $100 fine plus costs was ordered for operating without a valid license second offense within three years.

Georgianne L. Shockto of Crandon, 46, was ordered to serve a probation term of one year for resisting or obstructing an officer. Alcohol or drug assessment was also ordered. A misdemeanor bail jumping charge was dismissed.

Paul J. Knitt of Marion, 43, was sentenced to 160 days in jail and fined $2,450 for operating while intoxicated third offense. His drivers license was revoked for 28 months and an ignition interlock device must be install on his vehicle for one year. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.
