Anthony J. Ramer of Watson Street, 28, was fined $100 plus court costs for operating while revoked. A charge of tampering with or failing to install an ignition interlock device was dismissed.
Michael J. Peterson of Bryant, 48, had a plea/sentencing hearing scheduled for today but, again it was delayed. He is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver cocaine. His case was tied to the drug ring that involved the Antigo and Merrill teachers and John Hunter.
Julie M. Yerken of Fred Street, 38, received a $1,000 cash bond on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine, possessing drug paraphernalia, first degree recklessly endangering safety and neglecting a child. She is scheduled to return to court on September 29.
Paul C. Artz of Fifth Avenue, 66, was sentenced to three years in prison with two years extended supervision for operating while intoxicated seventh offense. He was fined $2,452. His drivers license was revoked for four years and he must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. He was also ordered to undergo alcohol or drug assessment with treatment. Payment of court costs for operating while revoked was also ordered.
Jennifer Spiegl of Tenth Avenue, 39, was sentenced to twenty days in jail and two years probation for theft, forgery and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. She must also pay restitution. Eight counts of forgery and three additional counts of misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed.
Shantel R. Koszarek of First Avenue, 25, was fined $100 plus court costs for resisting or obstructing an officer. A charge of operating while revoked was dismissed.
