Langlade County criminal court activity 09.17.2014.

Melissa A. Bloechl of Elcho, 44, made a plea agreement in which she pleaded no contest to ten charges and the remaining 33 counts were dismissed but will be read in to the court record. She was found guilty of theft in a business setting, forgery and misconduct in office acting with excess authority. A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered. She is scheduled to be sentenced on November 25.

Matthew V. West Waldner of Birnamwood, 20, failed to appear in court for a revocation of a deferred prosecution for a theft charge. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

New charges filed yesterday:

James J. Pendleton of Superior Street, 26, is charged with threaten injury or harm by computer message, criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to dwelling and misdemeanor bail jumping. The incidents occurred at the beginning of September. An initial appearance is set for September 29.

New charges filed today:

Anthony Rychtik of Third Avenue, 48, is charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct domestic abuse. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Victor M. Deisinger of Freiburger Avenue, 24, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. He is free on $1,000 signature bond with conditions of no use of alcohol and no presence in taverns. His next court appearance is set for October 13.

Amanda L. Howard of Third Avenue, 27, is charged with battery, disorderly conduct and five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.
