Joseph A. Kaquatosh of Neopit, 22, was sentenced to two years probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and one year deferred judgment for possessing narcotic drugs. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.
Erika D. McMorris of Sixth Avenue, 37, was fined $50 plus costs for an amended charge of disorderly conduct.
Jason R. Bauknecht of Morse Street, 25, received a sentence of seven months jail during a probation revocation hearing. The original crime was possessing hazardous substance (bath salts) with the intent to abuse. He will receive credit for 76 days of time served.
New charges filed today:
Nathan E. Manning of Bryant, 38, is charged with felony bail jumping and operating while revoked. The incidents occurred on August 30. His next court date is set for September 17.
James A. Jones of Second Avenue, 35, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and theft, which happened on August 30. He is scheduled to return to court on September 8.
Heather Kleinschmidt of Birnamwood, 37, is charged with two counts of issuing worthless checks. The offenses date back to May and June. An initial appearance is set for September 29.
Joshua G. Treiterer of White Lake, 36, is charged with two counts of issuing worthless checks, which occurred in September of last year. An initial appearance is scheduled for September 29.
Tom C. Vahl of Pearson, 47, is charged with issuing worthless checks. The incident dates back to May. An initial appearance is set for September 29.
Charles J. Sheldon of Crandon, 31, is charged with issuing of worthless checks, which happened in January. An initial appearance is scheduled for September 29.
Jermaine Birt of Dorr Street, 37, is charged with disorderly conduct, which happened on August 31.
