Langlade County criminal court activity 09.02.2014.
Robert A. Stanley of Milton Street, 25, was sentenced to four months in jail during a revocation hearing. He will receive credit for 67 days. The original charge was disorderly conduct domestic abuse as a repeater.
Ramiro Santiago Hernandez of Mattoon, 36, was not present for a bond forfeiture hearing. A $200 cash bond was forfeited. He is charged with operating without a valid license second offense within three years. A body only warrant is still active for his arrest.
Travis A. Howard of Elmhurt Road, 29, was ordered to serve 45 days in jail and two years probation for attempting to distibute a hazardous substance (bath salts) with abuse known. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. In a separate case, he was sentenced to one year probation, which runs concurrent, for criminal trespass to dwelling. He must pay restitution of $448. Charges of misdemeanor bail jumping, cirminal damage to property and two counts of disorderly conduct were dismissed.
New charges filed today:
Kenneth D. Miller of Kaukauna, 47, is charged with operating while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense, which occurred on August 31. A $1,000 cash bond was paid. He is scheduled to return to court on October 7.
Andrew J. Burnett of Neenah, 25, is charged with manufacture or deliver marijuana, felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia. His next court appearance is set for September 22.
Kyle R. Waush of Madison, 49, is charged with disorderly conduct. An initial appearance is scheduled for September 3.
James L. Hoeppner of Arctic Street, 25, is charged with disorderly conduct as a repeater. The incident happened on August 9. A status conference is set for September 29.
Greg W. Glinski of Fischer Street, 45, is charged with operating while intoxicated second offense and resisting or obstructing an officer. A bond of $800 was paid. An initial appearance is scheduled for October 6.
