Langlade County criminal court activity 08.28.2014.
Michael J. Peterson of Bryant, 48, had an appearance set for yesterday, but no court activity was recorded. He now has a plea/sentencing hearing set for September 25. He was involved in the case with John Hunter and the teachers/principal.
Nathanial J. Mckee of Little Chute, 21, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of burglary armed with a dangerous weapon and two counts of theft. He is scheduled to return to court on September 29.
Perry J. Henke of Bryant, 42, entered a plea of not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. A competency evaluation was ordered. He is charged with vehicle operator flee/elude officer, first degree recklessly endangering safety, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of firearm by felon and failing to comply with officer while being taken into custody. His next court date is September 29.
Farrell A. Katanik of Sherry Road, 60, was ordered to pay court costs for an amended charge of disorderly conduct as an ordinance. He was originally charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. A charge of intimidating a victim was dismissed.
Michael E. Frysinger Jr. of Dorr Street, 36, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $1,700 for operating while intoxicated second offense. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. His drivers license was revoked for 14 months.
Vicki L. Dobratz of County Road F, 59, was ordered to pay court costs of $443 for possessing drug paraphernalia.
New charges filed today:
Troy R. Cotter of Hustisford, 27, is charged with possession of marijuana second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. His next court date is September 23.
Ryan C. Gross of Milton Street, 24, is charged with operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with ignition interlock device. An initial appearance is set for September 23.
