Langlade County criminal court activity 08.15.2014.
Devin K. Kolpack of Smith Avenue, 19, was sentenced to nine days in jail for theft. A two year deferred prosecution was ordered for a burglary charge. He was also sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct and fined for possession of marijuana.
New charges filed yesterday:
Michael R. Nelson of Merrill, 39, is charged with forgery and misdemeanor bail jumping. The incidents date back to May 24. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
New charges filed today:
Kody J. Deacy of Irving Street, 21, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine, as a repeater. He is scheduled to return to court on August 18.
