Chase J. Koeppel of Cedar Street, 30, was sentenced to four months jail and two years probation for taking and driving vehicle without consent, bail jumping, disorderly conduct and taking and driving an abandon vehicle without consent. He was also fined $100 plus costs for one charge of operating while revoked. In the five cases that were resolved, charges that were dismissed include felony bail jumping and operating while revoked. He was also ordered to undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.
Ryan P. Resch of West First Avenue, 23, was ordered to serve 45 days in jail for operating while intoxicated second offense and misdemeanor bail jumping. He was fined $1,700 and must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. Alcohol or drug assessment with follow through was also ordered. He was fined $150 plus costs for failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device and $200 plus costs for operating while revoked. His drivers license is revoked for 14 months.
Elliott P. Eiden of Lake Barrington Illinois, 19, was fined $300 plus costs for possession of marijuana. A possession of drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.
