Raymond R. Graham of Neopit, 45, failed to appear in court for charges of operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device. A warrant with $500 cash bond was authorized.
Romaine E. Pershing of North Avenue, 25, was fined $300 plus court costs for hit and run.
Darren L. Soman of Argonne, 23, received $1,000 signature bond for operating without a valid license third offense within three years. His next court date is October 1.
