Amanda L. Jacobson of Seventh Avenue, 30, was sentenced to 45 days jail for operating while intoxicated third offense. Her drivers license was revoked for 27 months and she must install an ignition interlock device on her vehicle for one year. She was also fined $1,427.
Joshua T. Zarda of Shawano, 27, received a sentence of 30 days jail and one year probation for bail jumping and disorderly conduct. He will receive credit for three days.
Robert S. Pamanet Sr. of Franklin, 49, failed to appear in court on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Faith A. Cham of Wausau, 35, was sentenced to one year probation for theft and possession of marijuana. She must also pay restitution of $672. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
James O. Gibbs of Charlotte Court, 35, was sentenced to twelve months jail with 126 days credit for felony bail jumping and nine months jail with 81 days credit for misdemeanor bail jumping, both of which are for probation revocation. He was also sentenced to six months jail for criminal damage to property. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed. The jail terms run concurrent.
Nathan M. Caffero of Elm Street, 24, received $1,000 signature bond for two counts of forgery.
Dylan M. Seis of Second Avenue, 22, was ordered to serve one and a half years in prison with two years of extended supervision for a probation revocation for resisting or obstructing an officer, forgery and theft. He will receive credit for 268 days. Running concurrent with the previous, he was sentenced to one and half years prison and two years extended supervision for probation revocation for forgery and bail jumping. He has credit for 397 days on those charges. In a new case, he was sentenced to three years probation for forgery. He must also pay restitution of $325 plus court costs.
Sawyer M. Olson of Waunakee, 19, was fined $100 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed.
