Jessie L. Bierman of Birnamwood, 30, was sentenced to 45 days jail and two years probation for operating with restricted controlled substance third offense. He was also fined $1,494 and must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. His drivers license was also revoked for 24 months. This sentence runs concurrent with his recent cases in Shawano County.
Charges filed yesterday:
Autumn N. Jackson of Pearson, 20, is charged with operating without a valid license third offense within three years. The offense occurred on June 30.
Mykelle R. Richards of White Lake, 17, is charged with disorderly conduct. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for July 28.
