Langlade County criminal court activity 07.21.2014.

Robert M. Archer of Elcho, 38, failed to appear in court on a charge of disorderly conduct domestic abuse. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Beau T. Bostwick of Lily, 18, received a $2,000 signature bond with condition of no unsupervised contact with minor females unless family. He is charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child. He is scheduled to return to court on August 25.

Clayton D. Collins of Laona, 32, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. His next court date is August 4.

Dove C. Davis of Virginia Street, 21, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of felony bail jumping, possession of an illegally obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is scheduled to return to court on August 25.

Charles J. Gretzinger II of Crandon, 39, was sentenced to one year probation and $3,504 restitution for issuing worthless checks.

Tasha M. Waller of Edison Street, 32, received one year deferred judgment for battery. She must not have contact with the victim and may not be present in taverns. She was also fined for disorderly conduct.

Thomas J. Brand of Clermont Street, 25, was sentenced to one year probation,
counseling and court costs for disorderly conduct.

New charges filed today:

Jason R. Powell of Fifth Avenue, 36, is charged with strangulation and suffocation, battery domestic abuse, felony bail jumping, disorderly conduct domestic abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on August 4.

Ward Deverney Sr. of First Avenue, 46, is charged with felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct domestic abuse. His next court date is set for July 25.

Sheila A. Davis of Virginia Street, 46, is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, both as a repeater. She has a status conference scheduled for August 25.
