Vito J. Krutke of Milwaukee, 17, was sentenced to ten days in jail, which has already been served, for battery. He must also pay $200 restitution.

John A. Livingston Jr. of Foxboro, 26, received a two year probation term for misdemeanor bail jumping and retail theft.

New charges filed today:

Ryan L. Bessert of County Road D, is charged with possession of marijuana, theft and contributing to the delinquency of a child. His next court date is August 4.

William M. Dunifer of Deerbrook, 44, is charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The offense occurred on March 9. An initial appearance is scheduled for August 11.

Dennis Gilbert of Pelican Lake, 57, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, which happened on June 5. An initial appearance is set for August 18.

Patricia R. Gilbert of Pelican Lake, 56, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, also occurring on June 5. An initial appearance is scheduled for August 18.

Joni J. Shelton of Elcho, 51, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, which happened on June 5. An initial appearance is set for August 18.
