Brett J. Faust, 21, of Aniwa failed to appear in court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. A body-only warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Rodney A. Ingalls, 53, of Milton Street was released on a $500 cash bond for charges of felony and misdemeanor bail jumping. Conditions of bond include no use of alcohol.
Christine E. Pelky, 25, of Hudson Street received a $500 signature bond for a charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Her next court date is August 3.
New charges filed today:
Jamale A. Bonds, 41, of Fifth Avenue, is charged with battery domestic abuse, disorderly conduct domestic abuse and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. The incidents occurred on July 11. His next court appearance is set for August 3.
Elroy F. Raasch, 58, of Merrill, is charged with operating while intoxicated third offense and resisting or obstructing an officer. He is scheduled to return to court on August 24.
