Langlade County criminal court activity 07.02.2015

Zachary R. Mengel, 25, of Deleglise Street was fined $100 plus court costs for disorderly conduct domestic abuse.

Tami R. Jackson, 42, of Ninth Avenue received a 30 day jail sentence for two charges of misdemeanor bail jumping. She was also sentenced to one year probation. Counseling and court costs were ordered to be paid. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting or obstructing an officer and operating while revoked were dismissed.

Joshua J. Zimmerman, 31, of County Road W, was sentenced to five days in jail for operating while intoxicated second offense. He was fined $1,579. He must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. He drivers license was revoked for one year.

New charges filed today:

Michelle L. Mcghee, 45, of Bryant is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her next court appearance is set for August 3.

Robert T. Pavek, 52, of Bryant is charged with possession of methamphetamine as a repeater. An initial appearance is scheduled for August 3.

Elizabeth K. Steckbauer, 29, of White Lake is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. She is scheduled for court on August 3.

New charges filed yesterday:

Diana F. Alvarado, 38, of Crandon is charged with operating without a valid license second offense within three years. The incident occurred on June 18. An initial appearance is scheduled for August 4.

Eugene J. Igl, 62, of Bryant is charged with operating while intoxicated third offense. The offense happened on June 20. An $850 bond was paid. An initial appearance is scheduled for July 21.

Rachel M. Sonderman, 25, of State Highway 47 is charged with operating while revoked, which occurred on June 1. Her initial appearance is set for July 21.
