Chelsea D. Fleischman, 22, of Center Street, was sentenced to one year probation for two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of marijuana. She was fined $1,379 for operating while intoxicated second offense. Her drivers license was revoked for 12 months. She must install an ignition interlock device on her vehicle for one year. Alcohol or drug assessment with follow through was also ordered.
Scott A. Ryan Jr., 29, of Merrill, was fined $150 plus costs for failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device. A charge of the same and operating while revoked were dismissed.
Dylan Harris-Loetz, 18, of White Lake, was sentenced to eight months jail during a revocation hearing. He was convicted of taking and driving a vehicle without consent. Credit of 161 days of time already served will reduce the term. He must also pay restitution in the amount of $789.29.
New charges filed today:
Alexander T. Turner, 17, of Gowan Road, is charged with battery, which happened on June 4.
