Casey A. Pelzek, 25, of Dorr Street, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of theft and eight counts of forgery. She is scheduled to return to court on August 11.
Christy M. Hicks, 37, of Martin Street, was sentenced to approximately five months jail during a revocation hearing. An eight month term was ordered for misdemeanor bail jumping, with credit for 84 days. A thirty day term for possession of drug paraphernalia, already completed. An eleven month term for distributing hazardous substance with abuse known with credit for 167 days.
Joshua J. Paff, 24, of Deresch Street, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of battery, strangulation and suffocation, child abuse recklessly causing harm and bail jumping. He is scheduled to return to court on July 22.
Calvn J. Crum, 51, of North Avenue, failed to appear in court on a charge of disorderly conduct. A warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Lonny J. Stoltz, 63, of Eland, was fined $100 plus costs and $399 restitution for retail theft. A second charge of the same was dismissed.
Brittany A. Devos, 19, of Phelps, was ordered to serve four months in jail during a revocation hearing. She was convicted of fourth degree sexual assault and resisting or obstructing an officer. She will receive credit for 80 days of time served.
