Langlade County criminal court activity for 06.10.2014
Joshua L. Mathis of Polar, 30, was sentenced to sixty days in jail for possessing drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping.
Fernando Martinez-Diaz of May King Road, 26, was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $100 plus costs for driving without a valid license third or greater offense.
Scott R. Hamilton of Summit Lake, 47, was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct domestic abuse. He must also pay court costs.
Adam M. Svatek of Wildwood Lane, 30, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $1760 for third offfense of operating while intoxicated. His drivers license is revoked for 26 months and he must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year.
Charges filed today:
Elizabeth J. Ball of Fifth Avenue, 28, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. She is scheduled to return to court on July 7.
Jimmy R. Woody of Fifth Avenue, 27, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. His next court date is June 30.
