Langlade County criminal court activity 05.27.2015.

Gerald N. Spencer, 37, of Washington Street, was fined $100 plus costs for operating while revoked.

Peter J. Spencer, 29, of North Avenue, was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct as a repeater. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment and counseling.

Joshua I. Miller, 29, of Superior Street, received a two year probation term for an amended charge of criminal trespassing and misdemeanor joyriding. A one year probation term was ordered for an amended charge of possessing marijuana. The terms run concurrent. Alcohol or drug assessment was ordered. Court costs must also be paid.

Stephen S. Coley, 25, of Antigo, was ordered to serve two years probation and pay court costs for violation of sex registry and sex offender using a different name.

Ryan J. Welch, 24, of Bowler was ordered to one year in jail during a probation revocation hearing. The original conviction was for disorderly conduct domestic abuse repeater. He will receive credit for 201 days of time served.

Amber M. Rudolph, 28, of First Avenue received jail time during a probation revocation hearing. She was sentenced to nine months jail for theft, misdemeanor bail jumping nad resisting or obstructing an officer. A 97 day credit of time served will come off that term. A consecutive one year jail term was ordered for receiving or concealing stolen property and resisting or obstructing an officer. She is allowed a furlough for the birth of her child.

Lorrenda Fritz, 46, of Wausau, was ordered to serve two years probation for two counts of issuing worthless checks. She must also pay restitution and court costs. A charge of the same was dismissed.

New charges filed today:

Mark A. Spencer, 37, of Bryant, is charged with strangulation and suffocation and battery. The incidents occurred on May 25.

Steven J. Spencer, 29, of Kelly Street, is charged with disorderly conduct as a repeater. The offense happened on May 26.
