John D. Dufour of Smith Avenue, 34, failed to appear in court on a charge of operating while revoked. A $250 cash warrant was authorized.
Dakota J. Kiper of Graham Avenue, 19, received a $250 cash bond for a charge of operating while revoked. As a condition of bond, he must not use alcohol. His next court date is set for July 15.
Mateo J. Zarate-Castellanos of Mattoon, 18, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of operating without a valid license as a second offense within three years. He is scheduled to return to court on July 15.
New charges filed today:
Jason R. Powell of Deleglise Street, 36, is charged with operating while intoxicated as a fourth offense within five years. He was released on $1,000 cash bond and $1,000 signature bond. As a condition of bond, he must not use alcohol. He is scheduled to return to court on June 23.
Kevin W. Raab of Arctic Street, 21, is charged with possessing an illegally obtained prescription, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while revoked. He was released on $1,000 signature bond and must not use alcohol. His next court date is set for June 23.
