Alfredo Bonifacio-Santos, 23, of Clermont Street, was sentenced to sixty days in jail and three years probation for substantial battery intending bodily harm. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay restitution.
Joel Martinez Land, 27, of Mattoon, was fined $100 plus costs for operating without a valid license second offense within three years.
Dwayne M. Gresser, 40, of Summit Lake, received a one year probation term for possessing drug parapheranlia. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment and pay court costs.
Patrick J. Eppolite Jr., of Wausau, was sentenced to two years probation for burglary of a building or dwelling. He must pay restitution of $3,000 and court costs.
New charges filed today:
Eric L. Raith, 41, of Summit Lake, is charged with threatening injury or harm by computer message and criminal trespass to dwelling. The incidents occurred in April. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 1.
Robert A. Stanley, 26, of Pearson, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. The incidents happened on April 28. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Jeffrey L. Jeter, 20, of Lincoln Street, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer as a repeater. The incident occurred on April 20.
