A few warrants were authorized, bonds set and new charges filed today in Langlade County.
Tyler J. Bowers of Waunakee, 18, failed to appear in court on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Zachary E. Glodny of Kaukauna, 29, failed to appear in court on a disorderly conduct charge. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest. A bond forfeiture hearing will take place in regard to the $150 bond that was previously paid.
Matthew A. Shrecengost of Clermont Street, 23, had bond set at $150 cash for a charge of disorderly conduct domestic abuse. Conditions of bond include no use of alcohol and no violent contact with the victim. His next court date is August 11.
Jennifer Spiegl of Deleglise Street, 39, received a $1,000 signature bond for a charge of theft. As conditions of bond, she must not use alcohol and she must not have contact with the victim. She is set to return to court on June 9.
Joshua Walton of Bryant, 22, received a $500 signature bond on charges of possession of narcotic drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. He is scheduled to return to court on June 9.
Roger H. Stein of Gleason, 42, had bond set at $1,800 cash on charges of possession of a firearm by felon, resisting/failing to stop/fleeing, resisting or obstructing an officer and battery. His next court date is set for May 9.
Christopher L. Lanier of Duchac Street, 35, was fined $100 plus costs for possessing drug paraphernalia.
New charges filed today:
Bernard E. Gauthier of Suring, 51, was charged with operating while intoxicated as a fourth offense with a passenger under age 16 and operating while revoked. An initial appearance is set for May 12.
Kenya S. Smart of Milwaukee, 26, was charged with operating while revoked, tampering with or failing to install an ignition interlock device and felony bail jumping. He is scheduled for court on May 12.
Archie J. Biddell III of Edison Street, 23, was charged with strangulation and suffocation, felony bail jumping, battery and disorderly conduct, all as a repeater. The incidents occurred on April 29. His next court date is set for June 9.
Jacob L. Ball of Clermont Street, 26, was charged with two counts of battery by prisoners.
Nathan E. Manning of Bryant, 38, was charged with perjury before the court and two counts of felony bail jumping. The incidents happened on April 9. An initial appearance is scheduled for May 12.
Tara K. Rasmussen of Bryant, 31, was charged with perjury before the court, which occurred on April 9. An initial appearance is set for May 12.
Tyler R. Monnot of East Eighth Avenue, 23, was charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse, which happened on April 25. A court appearance is set for June 9.
Chase Robert Tucker of Deleglise Street, 26, was charged with disorderly conduct, which occurred on April 27. His next court date is scheduled for June 9.
Matthew Jay Arrowood of Bryant, 33, was charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. An initial appearance is set for June 16.
