Langlade County criminal court activity 03.30.2015.

Lisa L. Pritchett, 45, of Tenth Avenue, failed to appear in court on a charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. A warrant was authorized for her arrest.

Aaron P. Brewer, of Sobieski, received a $500 cash bond for a charge of burglary into a building or dwelling. His next court date is April 6.

James R. McKellep, 50, of Hatley, received a reduction in bond from $500 cash to $5,000 signature for a charge of issuing worthless checks. He will return to court on April 27.

Terry L. Passow, 57, of Gleason, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of disorderly conduct and child abuse recklessly causing harm. Conditions of bond include no use of alcohol. His next court date is set for April 13.

Tony A. Toth, 38, of County Road N, was sentenced to 15 days jail for misdemeanor bail jumping. He received a one year probation term for theft and must also pay court costs and attend counseling. In a separate case, he was fined $100 plus costs for an amended charge of reckless driving.

New charges filed today:

Jordan M. Guynes, 21, of Plattsburg Street, is charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on April 13.

Michael Maksutoski, 16, of Deerbrook, is charged with violating absolute sobriety with passenger under age 16. The incident occurred on January 1. An initial appearance is set for March 31.
