Langlade County criminal court activity 03.25.2014

Criminal court activity for March 25, 2014 including warrants authorized, cases concluded. New charges also filed.

Eric L. Peterson of Laona, 42, failed to appear in court on charges of possession of narcotic drugs and obtaining a prescription drug with fraud. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Ashley S. White of Crandon, 24, failed to appear on charges of possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, third offense of operating while intoxicated, operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device. A body only warrant was authorized for her arrest. A bond forfeiture hearing will be held in the future.

Miriam Kaye Johnson of Wittenberg, 54, was fined $150 plus costs for failing to install an ignition interlock device.

Carryl J La Rock of Keshena, 50, received a $250 cash bond for a charge of operating while revoked. Her next court date is set for May 20.

Albertina Arcos Barradas of Mattoon, 34, was fined $200 plus costs for driving without a license as a second offense within three years.

New criminal charges filed today:

Jeffrey A. Mcgeshick of Crandon, 24, was charged with felony bail jumping, failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while revoked.

Kaylynn M. Samplaski of Wabeno, 19, was charged with felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jessica M. Matucheski of Fifth Avenue, 22, was charged with battery and disorderly conduct.

Robert Allen Turcotte of Freiburger Street, 50, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Logan L. Rowe of Crestwood Road, 22, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Karrisa N. Korhonen of Crestwood Road, 19, was charged with disorderly conduct.
